Diamond Transportation provides professional ground transportation services. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to safety concerns or violation of our user conduct policies.
3. Payments and Cancellations
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of booking. Cancellation policies apply to all reservations. Failure to cancel within the designated timeframe may result in cancellation fees up to the full cost of the scheduled ride.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information.
- Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to the vehicles caused by a passenger will result in additional cleaning or repair fees billed to the payment method on file.
- Diamond Transportation is not responsible for items left behind in our vehicles, though we will make every reasonable effort to return found items.
5. Mobile Communications and SMS Consent
You agree to receive automated messages regarding your trip/s (excluding marketing messages) from DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamond Transportation and its affiliates, drivers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdown.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
